The Founder
Every your since I was 14 I’ve done a annual check up, at the age of 33 I found out that I was pre diabetic, pre hypertension and vitamin D deficient, my Cholesterol was high, and I need to exercise. Doctor told me in order for my health to not get worse I need a lifestyle change. I created Rick’s Potions And Cures for myself to help me be more disciplined at starting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. My friends and co workers would ask what is that you are drinking and eating? and we never seen you get sick, maybe one time but it only lasted for 2 day, so I told them what I was doing to keep healthy, and they would say can I just make them some, and they’ll pay me, so here we are, lol.
